What happens if I don't respond to engineer's questions (EQ) in time?

During the file review process (PCB DFM review, PCBA DFA review etc.), our CAM engineers may encounter some problems or require clarification. You will be notified primarily via e-mail and the order will be put on hold until you respond and the problem is resolved.

If a we do not receive a response after a prolonged period of time, your order may be canceled and refunded. Therefore, please ensure your contact e-mail address is working and check your contact e-mail address regularly (including spam inboxes) for messages from our engineers. If you need time to make changes etc. please inform us so we can stop worrying and accommodate accordingly. If you think you need more time (say over a month) please consider canceling the order and placing it again when you are ready.
